Iz is a seed stitch cowl that uses short rows to create diagonal blocks of color. Even though the finished cowl looks complicated, only one color is ever used at a time. Color A is used to cast on and knit half of the cowl. Stitches are slipped, and Color B is joined on the opposite side of the cowl and used to finish it, keeping the jog in the stitch pattern to the shortest sections so it’s almost invisible.
