This year I knit nine garments if I count my capelet, which seems about right to me because that’s how many I did last year. That said, there’s a slight chance it might be ten because I’m really close to finishing another cardigan and could have it done tonight. I didn’t do very much crochet this year, but I sewed a little more than the year before. I made a gathered skirt, a simple top, a dress, and a hooded cape. I started two circle skirts but they’re both waiting for zippers and hems. On the work side of things, according to Ravelry I published 27 patterns this year. I also ran a KAL, co-ran the OAL, had articles published in two different magazines, and wrote a guide to my favorite sweater construction method. Unsurprisingly, I spent a good chunk of the year stressed out and tired, but that’s how it goes when you’re growing a new business and career. I think all of the hard work I did this year has given me a good foundation to work from in 2015, and I’m satisfied with what I got done in 2014.
