This past weekend was my knitting group‘s annual retreat to Fort Worden. Every year we rent an officer’s house and then spend the weekend knitting, eating, drinking, and exploring Fort Worden and Port Townsend. It’s such a nice way to spend a weekend, and I always get tons of knitting done.

  1. I see a Pink Marion and a Geraldine sweater there! It looks a wonderful place with lovely buildings.

    1. The pinky-purple sweater is actually a Central Park Hoody, I believe, but good eye spotting the Geraldine!

      1. The Geraldine is very effective in a dark colour. I wouldn’t have thought of doing it in black but it works very well.

  2. It really sounds lovely! I’m glad you had a nice weekend.

  3. This looks like a really lovely way to spend a weekend!

  4. Oh, sounds and looks absolutely amazing! It’s my dream to go on a knitting retreat someday!

  5. Sounds like the best weekend ever!! Gorgeous photos.
